The Beaver Colony for 5 - 8 year olds

1st Whittingham Beavers

The Beaver Colony is open to boys and girls aged from 5 to 8 years old.

Our Colony meets every Thursday at 5pm during term time, to have fun, make friends, have lots of adventures. We love the outdoors, enjoy experiments and always like to find ways of helping other people, our local community and the environment. The colony is split into three lodges - Ants, Rabbits and Foxes, and is led by Tic-Tac (Fiona), Malak (Audrey), and Badger (Ninette).

See us here entertaining residents at Hillcrest Hospital at Christmas, out walking in the beautiful Ingram Valley in training for our climb to the top of the Cheviot, and on a coastal trip to visit the RNLI.

The Beaver Law:
A Beaver is always busy and bright and helps other people by doing a good turn every day.
